Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the luckycola platform. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

You must not use false identities, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the luckycola Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luckycola reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify luckycola immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. luckycola will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use your account for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

2.3 Account Verification

luckycola is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all Players. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete the verification process may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to make deposits, place wagers, or withdraw funds. luckycola reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You agree not to use the luckycola Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities. luckycola reserves the right to freeze accounts, confiscate funds, and report suspicious activity to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

4. Gameplay, Betting, and Game Rules

If we discover that a Player is underage, we will immediately close the account, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings.

luckycola's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckycola account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The luckycola Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. luckycola does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and luckycola, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Philippines.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against luckycola.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12.3 Waiver
